The following submissions are accepted:

• Full papers should not exceed 8 single-spaced, double-column pages, using 10-point size font on 8.5×11 inch pages (IEEE conference style), including references, figures, and tables.
• Short papers should not exceed 4 single-spaced, double-column pages. 
• Poster manuscripts should not exceed 2 single-spaced, double-column pages.
• Templates are available directly from IEEE (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html). 
• Authors must use the standard IEEE templates in format A4 and not include page numbers.
• All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format to HotCRP (https://asap26.hotcrp.com/u/2/)

All papers will be reviewed by at least three members of the program committee, with a double-blind review process:

• Manuscripts must not identify authors or their affiliations; those that do will not be considered. 
• References to the authors’ prior work should be made in the third person, in the same way one would reference work by others. If necessary, to maintain anonymity, citations may be shown as “Removed for blind review.” 

All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings and published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
