1. Author registration: For a paper to appear in the proceedings, at least one author must register for ASAP 2026 at a non-student rate by the early registration deadline, regardless of whether they are students or not.
   • Each author registration is valid for ONE paper.
   • Paper ID can be found on the HotCRP website and submission email.
2. The registration fee covers both the main conference program and the tutorial/workshop program.
3. Early registration deadline: August 3, 2026
4. Cancellation Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable.
5. All fees will be collected in US Dollars.
