The 37th IEEE International Conference on Application-specific Systems, Architectures, and Processors (ASAP 2026) is organized by Imperial College London, UK. This conference continues a distinguished tradition of bringing together researchers and practitioners at the forefront of application-driven computing systems, architectures, and processing technologies.
ASAP 2026 is calling for sponsorships, with the following sponsorship levels and benefits.
Platinum Sponsors (8,000+ USD or 6000+ GBP)
- All platinum sponsors will be acknowledged as the primary student sponsors for the conference; this means that they will be allowed to provide additional materials to reach out to talk to students specifically and that they will be acknowledged on printed student badges.
- All platinum sponsors will be allowed to have a full-page technical abstract describing related technology in the proceedings.
- All platinum sponsors will be allowed to have a banner provided by the vendor (max size 1.5×3 metres) near the sign in desk or entry to the conference presentation room during both the conference and workshops.
- All platinum sponsors are given the opportunity to reserve a workshop OR tutorial, associated with the conference.
- All platinum sponsors will be provided three complimentary ASAP 2026 registrations.
- All platinum sponsors may supply a limited amount of materials to be given to each attendee at registration (for example a pamphlet, a USB, or token gift).
- All platinum sponsors will be listed (by logo) at the top of a list of sponsors that will be shown on the conference website, the conference program, and a poster at the conference registration area.
Gold Sponsors (6,000+ USD or 4500+ GBP)
- All gold sponsors will be allowed to have a half-page technical abstract describing related technology in the proceedings.
- All gold sponsors are given the opportunity to reserve a workshop OR tutorial, associated with the conference.
- All gold sponsors will be allowed to have a banner provided by the vendor (max size 1×2) metres) near the sign in desk or entry to the conference presentation room during both the conference and workshops.
- All gold sponsors will be provided two complimentary ASAP 2026 registrations.
- All gold sponsors may supply a limited amount of materials to be given to each attendee at registration (for example a pamphlet, a USB, or token gift).
- All gold sponsors will be listed (by logo) just above the of a list of silver sponsors that will be shown on the conference website, the conference program, and a poster at the conference registration area.
Silver Sponsors (4,000+ USD or 3000+ GBP)
- All Silver sponsors will be allowed to have a banner provided by the vendor (max size 1×2) metres displayed during the conference
- All silver sponsors will be provided one complimentary ASAP 2026 registration.
- All silver sponsors may supply a limited amount of materials to be given to each attendee at registration (for example a pamphlet, a USB, or token gift).
- All silver sponsors will be listed (by logo) in the middle of a list of sponsors that will be shown on the conference website, the conference program, and a poster at the conference registration area.
Chrome Sponsors (2000+ USD or 1500+ GBP)
- All chrome sponsors will be provided one complimentary ASAP 2026 registration.
- All chrome sponsors will be listed (by logo) at the bottom of a list of sponsors that will be shown on the conference website, the conference program, and a poster at the conference registration area.
